These terms and conditions apply to every offer by Atelier Mier and to every agreement made between Atelier Mier and the customer.
All jewellery is handmade. As a result, small variations may occur — each piece is unique. All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including VAT, and excluding shipping costs (unless otherwise stated). Atelier Mier reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but never retroactively for existing orders
An order is final once payment has been successfully completed.
You can securely pay using the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, Bancontact, or credit card).
For custom pieces, a deposit may be required before production begins.
If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order, including your order number.
If production has not yet started and your order has not been shipped, we can cancel the order and refund your payment.
In stock and one of a kind items are dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order items are handcrafted and require 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise agreed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Atelier Mier is not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipment.
Depending on the country you live in and its import regulations, additional duties or taxes may apply.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes charged by the destination country.
Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn and undamaged. Custom-made or personalised jewelry cannot be returned, as these pieces are made especially for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Atelier Mier stands for quality and craftsmanship. All jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. Damage caused by wear, accidents, improper use, or negligence is not covered — however, we are always happy to discuss repair options.
Atelier Mier is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products or from incorrect information provided by the customer (for example, incorrect ring size)
