What materials do you use?
Our jewelry is made from recycled silver and solid gold (14K or 18K). We only work with high-quality precious metals and durable materials that are designed to last. Each piece is crafted with care, so you can enjoy timeless jewelry that stays beautiful over the years.
How can I best care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfume, or harsh chemicals. Solid gold pieces require little maintenance, but we recommend having them professionally cleaned and checked once a year. We offer a yearly service to clean, polish, and inspect your jewelry.
What if my size isn’t available?
Size not available? don’t worry — we can make it to order within 3-4 weeks. Simply leave a note with your preferred size in the cart, or contact us for more information. We’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
What if I’d like the jewelry in a different color?
Yes, that’s possible. Most designs can be crafted in silver, yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold in 14k or 18k. If you’d like a different finish or color, simply get in touch — we’ll be happy to create it especially for you.
Can I have a piece custom made or resized?
Yes, that’s possible. We offer a bespoke service that allows you to have your piece made to your exact size and preferences. As part of our service, each piece can be resized once free of charge.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Each Atelier Mier piece is carefully handcrafted in our atelier. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your jewelry to be made, polished, and thoughtfully prepared for shipment.
In-stock and one of a kind pieces are shipped within 2–5 business days, beautifully wrapped and ready to gift or cherish. If your piece isn’t the right size, we’re happy to adjust it for the perfect fit.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands. Worldwide delivery which may incur additional costs depending on the destination. Every parcel is handled with the same care and attention as the jewelry it carries.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each Atelier Mier piece is handcrafted to order, custom and bespoke jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you purchased an in-stock piece, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer.
